What’s included in our Rental Management Service?

    • Provide main liaison point between Landlord and tenant
    • Arrange for an inventory to be prepared, condition monitored and inventory signed off at end of tenancy
    • Issue demands and undertake collection of rents – arranging appropriate transfer to client’s bank account.
    • Arrange for utilities to be registered in tenants name for duration of tenancy along with confirming meter readings
    • Undertake quarterly property inspections to check general condition of property and send written and, if appropriate, photographic report to landlord.
    • Liaise between tenant / landlord / contractor / emergency services as applicable on any routine maintenance and repair issues which may arise.
    • Liaise with the providers of building and contents insurance to get the landlord the most competitive premiums and to assist with any subsequent insurance claims
