Major Works
Coordination or Project Management
Occasionally your property will need more than just routine maintenance or you may wish to undertake a major improvement or even a new build project. Horizon PMI can provide two levels of support:
a. Major Works Coordination service: Once appointed Horizon PMI will:
- Obtain at least 3 quotations
- Appoint contractor / supplier
- Manage contractors on and off site at beginning and end of day
- Report on progress of work
- Inspect completed work
- Provide a full colour photographic report of completed works
- Liaise with homeowner/landlord/contractor on payment schedule.
Fees: 10% of accepted works quotation
b. Major Works - Project Management Service - This will include all of the above activities and in addition provide:
- Preparation of specification / scope of works
- Preparation and operation of a programme of works
- Full time supervision while contractors are on site.
- Provision of a weekly photographic progress report to client
Fees: 10% of accepted works quotation and a daily management fee* of $110 USD / $297 ECD (* note management fee only payable for days Project Manager is on site.)
