What’s included in our HomeCare Service?
- Provision of a monthly property inspection checklist and photographic report
- Provision of a secure key holding service
- Provision of a local 24 hour emergency contact point
- Identification and supervision of trades to undertake routine and emergency repairs on site e.g. quarterly pest control, pool and garden maintenance etc.
- Liaise with the providers of building and contents insurance to get the homeowner the most competitive premiums and to assist with any subsequent insurance claims
Fees: Monthly fee of $130 USD / $350 ECD.
